Refund policy
Unfortunately, due to the unique and one of a kind items at Paper + Clay Tabletop, Inc. all merchandise is final sale.
Paper + Clay Tabletop, Inc. will only process exchanges or refunds for any items damaged upon arrival to its destination.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us by email immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include in the email a photo and description of the defective or damaged item. You have 3 business days after receiving your defective, damaged or wrong item to request an exchange or refund. Depending on the damage the exact item may not be available to exchange.
We reserve the right to deny exchanged or refunds if the merchandise does not meet our damaged item requirements.

ExchangesWe will notify you once the exchange was approved or not. Depending on the availability of an item damaged a refund instead of an exchange might be issued. If approved, we willl send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange for damaged items will not be accepted.
RefundsWe will notify you once the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@paperclaytabletop.com. Depending on the nature of the damage and the need for the item being returned, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
